Course description
The Apartments at Desert Springs are colonial in style, reminiscent of the old local town of Cuevas del Almanzora. Set in courtyards, around swimming pools, gardens and classical Spanish patios, they have a village feel and sense of place. Their location gives them tremendous views to the golf, the sea and surrounding mountain ranges.
Living rooms have sun terraces with single or double aspect. Each property has the use of parking area, gardens, swimming and paddling pools and a private roof solarium.
Furnishings include natural wood joinery and beams, semi-open kitchens with granite worktops, oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer and washing machine, mirrored wardrobes to bedrooms, high quality sanitary and fittings throughout.
Golf
The Indiana is the first and only desert golf course in Europe and has been built to the full USGA specifications and high quality standards of the now famous desert courses of Arizona and California. The fairways have been kept generous to ensure that the less expert player can enjoy and improve their game whilst absorbing the awesome landscape and views that encompass the course. On the other hand, every hole has features which can be brought into play; the springs, watercourses, dry river beds and the rock and cacti areas are strategically located .The bunkers are strategically placed to test the skills of even the most accomplished golfer particularly from the championship tees. The course is a good mixture of holes and is always kept in superb condition with the fairways being immaculate and the greens being some of the finest you will play.

Directions
From the Almeria-Murcia motorway, take the exit to Cuevas de Almanzara. After 6 kms. turn right following the road through Vera. After 3 kms. there is a crossroad and turn left to Palomares. The course is 5 km from there and signposted.
